Outdoor Fitness Class

Unstill Life features outdoor fitness classes early mornings in Volunteer Park. Workouts focus on functional fitness combining strength exercises with cardio, and include balance, mobility and agility to build your fitness for the outdoor activities you love. Workouts are varied and fun, and always adaptable.  We meet Tuesdays and Fridays 6:30-7:30am at the Black Sun.
